The other day I had a friend suggest that I listen to some “solfeggio” music or frequencies to help clean my chakras and also for healing. I have never heard of this type of music but I was open to listen to it. I went and found some on the Internet and I was amazed at what I heard. Solfeggio music or frequencies are composed of a 6 tone scale and are used in sacred music and chants. The frequencies are composed of different vibrations that can assist in healing different parts of our body or chakras. These frequencies match up to the musical scale of what we would know as DO-RE-MI-FA-SOL-LA in today’s society. Each syllable was thoroughly studied by Dr. Puleo and other professional researchers. David Hulse, a sound therapy pioneer with over 40 years of experience, described the tones as the following:
(UT) – 396 Hz – Turning grief into joy, liberating guilt & fear.
(RE) – 417 Hz – Undoing situations and facilitating change.
(MI) – 528 Hz – Transformation and miracles, repairing DNA.
(FA) – 639 Hz – Relationships and connecting with spiritual family.
(SOL)–741 Hz – Expression/solutions, cleaning and solving.
(LA) – 852 Hz – Returning to spiritual order.
When I was listening to each frequency, I could feel the different chakras vibrate. They were so powerful that I was astounded. I tried every one out and was in a state of awe as I could feel it repairing or balancing that chakra out. The ones that really resonated with me were the higher frequencies of 741 and 852. I must have needed to repair those areas and chakras the most! If you are open to trying something different, give this a shot.
