These days we can all do with a little extra love, support, and protection. Archangel Michael is the “Go To” for this help! Our beloved Terri would mention him a lot of times in class and how close he and her were 🙂 He has a beautiful story of his own that allowed him to be the infinite love and light that he is. He was a brave warrior in his days on Earth providing protection and honoring what was right for the greatest good. He still does this from Heaven above! You can use Archangel Michaels help to provide you a shield of protection as well as cutting away negative energies. I am often guided in my readings to recommend using his help because he is the highest of all the angels and takes pride and care of making sure we are OK here on Earth. To use his help, it really is so simple! He has this huge golden sword and uses this to cut away all the “gunk” we have attached to us. So, picture this sword coming down from the Heavens and cutting it all away as you do this exercise. For example, I love to stand with my eyes shut and ask “Archangel Michael, please cut away and negative cords and ties that no longer serve me.” Breathe in and out and stand strong and allow him to cut these away for you. Afterwards I ask him to “please place protection over me” so that none of those bad energies connect right back to you. Because there are A LOT of strong negative energies out there that want to cling to our positive energies. You can do this exercise as often as needed and the best part, it can be done in 30 seconds! No matter where you are or what you’re doing you can use this tool. However you want to do it and phrase it. The important part is that you just DO IT. I promise you that you will feel lighter from it afterwards. Here’s a personal story I have from years ago when I did this. My mom had been having terrible shoulder pain. This energy transferred to me because my right shoulder was absolutely killing me for no reason. I was driving to Flagstaff from Tempe, Arizona. As I began my drive, I was like OMG this is bad! How am I going to make this drive?! At that moment I remembered to use Archangel Michael. I asked him to “cut away the shoulder pain from my mom” Because I knew where it was coming from 100%.
