We all have it, clutter! The clutter can be in your house or mind, however no matter where it is, it prevents energy from free flowing to you. When you clean the clutter, this allows for new things to come in. Why is this important? If you don’t have room for new things, then you are stuck with all the old things! How can one grow and expand if one is always stuck with old things? Think of it this way, if you never cleaned your closet out, there is no room for new clothes! If there is no room for new clothes, you are always wearing the old stuff and stuck in that energy! This goes the same for one’s mind! If you don’t clean up the old stuff in there, then no new ideas can come in, which won’t allow for you to create new things and expand! So, how does one clean the clutter? If it is in your house, then start the spring cleaning! I always have the rule, if you haven’t worn or used it in 6 months, it is time to get rid of it! I also say, there is someone else out there than can use it rather than it just sitting in my closet! Now, if you need to de-clutter your mind, you can write on a list of paper of all the things that is cluttering it up. Another tool I use are the Angels! I ask the Angels to come and help me de-clutter my mind so that I can have access for new things to come in! Once you de-clutter, you will feel very light. This might feel like a weight has lifted. You might even be surprised by this! Try these methods and see how it makes you feel. Once you are de-cluttered, the energy will then start to free flow again, bringing in new things and new ideas. I always say, it is great to try something new!
