With autumn arriving, it now is the season for “change.” The leaves on the trees bring about a beautiful change of color, which show the invoking of this transition. Just like the trees changing, it is a time for us to make a change too. This is a perfect time to reevaluate what you would like to let go of now, to make that transition of change. Look back at this current year and take note of what has hindered you or what you have been trying to accomplish but haven’t. I like to go back to my New Year’s Resolution list and see what I haven’t worked on yet. I reevaluate why I haven’t tackled that goal. This could be a block to getting started, a lack of time, financial issues etc. Whatever this maybe, see what you can “change’ to work on bringing this goal in this year. Now, if you had a year that was difficult beyond your control, reevaluate what those challenges have brought you. Ask yourself, “What did I learn from these experiences?” Once you dissected this, see how those lessons can help you change now for the future. Remember, without change we cannot grow! Look at change as a positive experience for growth. If you are still now sure what change to make in your life, then look at the list below for ideas.
