We encounter scents in our everyday lives. Sometimes the smells are great and other times, well not so much! We may also encounter a smell that reminds you of a loved one or a particular moment in your life. However,  I wanted to touch on the scents of certain essential oils that can help to assist in improving one’s health!

Here are some reasons to use these essential oils to aid in assisting you in your life!

  1. Relaxation and Sleep. The essential oils of Lavender, Chamomile and Peppermint help to assist in relaxing one’s body and helping one to sleep.
  2. Helping to Heal your Skin. The essential oils of Tea Tree, Calendula, Lemon and Frankincense aid in helping to heal acne, blemishes and bug bites.
  3. Alleviating Allergies and the Sickness. The essential oils of Eucalyptus and Oregano assist in warding off allergies, colds and the flu.
  4. Assisting in Breathing. The essential oils of Peppermint and Eucalyptus help to assist in one’s breathing, alleviate congestion and clearing sinuses.
  5. Alleviating Jet-Lag. The essential oil of Grapefruit assists in dealing with the effects of Jet-lag.
