Have you been feeling out of sorts? Has this month been kicking your butt? Do you feel drained? Well, its another Mercury Retrograde that we are in, and it will last until the end of the month. I have blogged about Mercury Retrograde and crystals you can use, when its in action, things seem to come up. Mercury Retrograde comes 3 times a year, and it brings up things that we have not healed from. These are lessons that we have tried to pass but seem to elude us. These can be with people, relationships, fear, confidence, rejection, etc. It could be anything, so be aware of it. So, if you are having a lesson reoccurring, get rid of it now! You have a few more weeks to let go of it and change your words and behavior, to try and pass the lesson this time. Another thing that happens with Mercury Retrograde, is that communication and technology go haywire! There have been issues with Instagram, Facebook, power outage in New York, this is typical during this time. So, if you need to sign any documents during this time, be extra, extra, careful. Read the documents several times, to not have an issue come up later.

Not only are we having Mercury Retrograde, there are 5 other planets that are in retrograde too! UGH! This does not happen often, and it’s a very trying time. You might be feeling so drained, can’t sleep, nauseous, feeling depressed. If you are sensitive, please be aware of how you are feeling, because you are more than likely, feeling the energies of these planets too.

So, what can you do about this? Well, here are a few things.

  1. Drink Water! – Move any funky energy out of the body.
  2. Take Epson Salt Baths– Remove any funky energy off the body.
  3. Get out in Nature– Connect into nature, if you are feeling drained.
  4. Use Crystals– Find the crystals that can help protect your energy. Some are Rose Quartz, Sodalite, Azurite, Charoite, Citrine, Obsidian, Smokey Quartz, Pyrite, or Fluorite.
  5. Check Plans– Recheck any plans, reservations, print things out, and check all paperwork.
  6. Prepare– Bring battery packs, print details of things out, back up data, and slow down.
  7. Communication– Be prepared that words, texts, emails may be misunderstood, so don’t take it personally.
  8. Launch New Projects Later– During this time, sit back and let things go. Don’t launch any new projects until after this month.
  9. Eat Nourishing Food– When retrogrades happen, you might want to eat junk food, that comfort food, but try not to. If you do, you will feel more sluggish and ickier. So, eat good food during this time, to not drain you more.
  10. Ask Archangel Raphael– Ask Archangel Raphael to increasing your life force energy if you feel drained.

Lastly, when going through these retrogrades, be kind to yourself during this time. Know that there are a few things you can do, to guard and embrace this period. Remember, its a time to look back at things and heal from them too! Learn the lesson now, so you won’t have to do the cycle again! But most of all, BREATHE!
